SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
Most packages are shipped within 3 weeks via USPS. GARB orders are processed promptly in the order which they are received and handmade or prepped for shipment. Orders sent to destinations outside the contiguous United States, PO Boxes, and military APO, FPO addresses are shipped via US Priority Mail. You will be notified upon shipment via email with a tracking number from either UPS or the US Postal Service. If you do not receive tracking information for your package, please check your junk mail filter, or you may email garb.by.gumbo@gmail,com and we will update you on the status of your order.

International Shipping $60 (some restrictions may apply) feel free to send us an email and we will reply with a quote and delivery date for you to choose from. You will not be charged by us until the shipping cost is determined. Please email us with questions you may have about this process.
We gladly accept custom orders. We will provide an estimate for the item(s) being created and upon approval will require a 50% deposit. Please allow 4 weeks for custom orders. This time may vary depending on the material requested and availability. Note that custom order items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Silky faille products can be hand-washed using warm water and most detergents. Lycra spandex products can be machine washed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time we do not accept returns. If you receive an item that you do not completely love, we will gladly exchange the item for something that you prefer with 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees or additional sales taxes incurred in this exchange process.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. If your item is in need of repair or adjustment of any kind simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then email you a return authorization number and gladly make any necessary repairs or adjustments. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to the studio and we will gladly ship the item back to you free of charge. Some fees may apply if additional materials are needed. Our studio will provide you with an estimate, and completion date before making the proposed changes.
